Growth, a salad and a small reminder.

Spring will soon be here.

The wisdom of that passage above reminds me that though I may have planted that seed of

an idea that will change something in my life...

it may take a while for the results to become apparent.

That is a patience thing and we all know how I am with that.

However, even after the extreme cold and snowy winter we have

had here in the Northeast, Spring will come.

It has  to....

So why worry about that?

Likewise, why worry about something you have started, or something

you have given to God to handle?

As long as you are doing what is needed for it to happen....

let it go and trust the process.

Evolving.

If I sit in my home and only displayed hateful, judgemental and belittling

comments about others all day... well, very soon I may exemplify those

very same things.

On the other hand, if I look for the good, turn from everything that does not serve the light and

give grace to those who stumble, my life will be filled with that.

I work on myself daily.

I am not perfect.

I look to the light and focus on it as much as I can.

Refining today means Grace, it means that I will always

learn and learning means failure and that means lessons.

You can always learn to hold Grace for others and yourself.

Friends,

Spring is almost here!

The promise of seeds planted in faith finally seeing the warmth

of the sunshine.

🌱

My recent days have been so lovely.

Yesterday I did my farm visits, gathering items for

the little leprechaun visiting this week.

How blessed am I that I can bypass the grocery and head to

where food is just that- food and people are kind and real.

As promised, my corned beef made with yesterday's recipe.

It was ( and still is- made red flannel hash for breakfast)

delicious.

I hope that you all had a memorable day.

Make every day that you can a bit special.

It is a remarkably easy way to enjoy your life.

Try this with corned beef..or tuna or whatever protein you have in the fridge.

I use raw pecorino cheese ( my new favorite)  for a flavour bomb lunch.

If you chop it up and add it to cooked macaroni, it makes a great picnic dish.

( EVOO, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian spices S & P)

YUM!

Just a little reminder from my bible study this morning....

Much love & light,

Raven
xoxo
