The 3 things preventing you from healing & thriving.
I swear this is true.
Once you get one sorted out another one starts to get
in your way and the cycle continues.
But it does not have to be this way.
The first step is to know it.
Second step is to want to change things up.
Not HUGE things.
Small doable things that will amaze you with how life changing they are.
I am finally coming out of a cycle of confusion
and chaos with this knowledge that life will teach you what you
need to know and it will be far more valuable than any framed document .
If you commit yourself to continued growth and learning,
well your life will unfold in such a natural way.
Here I am, 2 weeks from my birthday with a bucket load of new insights
and confirmations.
The three at the top of this post being the most important.
Your inflamed body, unregulated nervous system and overstimulated mind
is what is keeping you from living your best life.
It is making you visit your health care office .
You are off loading the responsibility of your mental health .
You plug into a box every so many moments and ignore it all
or become complacent to what is actually happening around you.
The food you eat= inflammation
The time spent on socials = overstimulated
The past 6 years = unregulated nervous system
because everything is a 5 alarm fire.
Now just be.
Take a moment today to write down those 3 things.
Jot down how you feel about them.
Then start every so slowly to do one small thing every day towards
your goals of entering moments where you are calmer, in a more peaceful state.
Where you do not feel so pressed to do or think or perform or ......
I do my best thinking about random peaceful things in the bath.
I am always happier around water.
So for me, I always go to the river most days and end the day in the bath.
Unplugging.
I do not need another program to help me achieve happiness or health.
I need to regulate a perfectly fine system God placed in me.
Getting away is life.

We were never meant to see all the things, feel all of the things and absorb
all of the emotions .
... and still thrive.
Until we realise this, we will stay in a cycle of frustration.
My solid advice?
Eat whole clean food from a local source if possible.
Move.
Breathe.
Prioritise your relationships.
Stop, please stop following the crowd.
Your intuition will kick in and you will make better choices.
Your common sense will tell you what you needed to know.
Remove the things causing the inflammation, causing the over stimulation .
Your nervous system will start to regulate.

Hey, do not sweat the stuff that does not effect you.
Lean into your day and be present without the outside noise.
I grew up like this so I have a head start on many younger than I.
Living like it is the 70's isn't such a bad idea anymore.
LOL.
