Today is May Day and is also the start to my favorite month.
This year I am celebrating my birth month by giving myself the best gift I know of-
better health.
This started in January with a plan.
Today I start my plan, which is what I did roughly 12 years ago...
start eating dirty keto.
Though back then it was because wheat caused anaphylaxis.
I shied away from any grain product out of fear.
My anxiety found me running every day to ease it.
The byproduct was a healthier me...far more healthy than I
had been in decades.
Below is a simplified explanation of the different keto versions.
I always ask you to consult with your doctor for your own plan.
But this is what I will be doing.
I start dirty and move to clean , add in exercise - sunshine-
intermittent fasting and I will quickly be back to the old me.
Or a new version of her.

With this basic framework, I can expect to feel so much
healthier, with more energy and less down days.
Losing the inflammation for good is a huge motivation .
These simple recipes are just the ticket to help.
I will be having one or more of these daily.
Magnesium is my go to for stress relief and better sleep.
Though I have to say, I rarely have trouble achieving deep restful sleep.
I take magnesium in the am & pm.
It has helped greatly with anxiety.
I am a strong Taurus.
This quote is so me.
Like the phoenix I will rise in quiet strength, grit and stubbornness
to become the best me I can be.
Throughout this month I will be posting about my progress.
