M O N D A Y
The start of a fresh new week in Spring!
yes, I do have a sugar hang over.
It is natural for the day after Easter.
Yesterday was quietly lovely , with the warmth of family,
egg hunts, ham, pastries and chatting over coffee.
I hope you all had a weekend of peace.
That is what is sought after all...
P E A C E .
Right?
The ability to live our lives without being bothered overly much.
If your deal is screaming into the void of people
who have set their minds on a path long ago in order to change them.
Well, you will no longer know peace.
You can change no one but yourself.
That is hard enough apparently because most people
have never even started that process.
Y E S
In my lifetime, I have had many reasons to begin being cruel to
certain people.
To become jaded even.
And most people would agree with me that those people
may even have deserved every moment of it.
H O W E V E R ,
Your ability to hold your ground and values and morals and faith
when it would feel so good to unload on someone is a direct
indicator of how adult you are.
Your maturity.
How baked you are.
My mother taught me this.
* Patti - you are better than that*
( I did sometimes ponder IF I was really * better than that* at times...
but I would hear her words in my soul and know that she was right )
This mindset that has taken over all rational thinking, is slowly fading.
T H I S :
*If you do not agree with me- I will just keep hammering down my viewpoint
until you have to become the * cruel* one just to make me go away,
O R - you will sit in the muck of the world I have created for us ~ listening to
the bitter words, hateful thoughts and life stifling aura I grow every day.*
The mantra of the pushy Mrs. Kravitz
Begin today.
We need stronger boundaries.
We need to start saying....no.
We need to politely push back in real time.
Because the people who have overstepped, will just keep on pushing unless we do.
Your freedoms were compromised and slowly taken away while
you were distracted.
You were told they would return as soon as the distraction was over.
You were lied to.
They were never returned.
Knowing that is the first step.
Doing something is the natural next step.
Voicing an opinion with class and dignity is the new screaming with
a side of anarchy.
We simply take what was taken from us.... back.
Our dignity for one.
Our ability to say no.
Our freedom to choose for ourselves what is best for us.
Our love for our country.
Our dislike for what is gross or damaging to children.
Our want for a return to simple transparency.
Take it back.
*********
M O N D A Y .
A great day to take out a piece of paper
and simply write down what is most important to you.
What has bothered you most about life.
That is the first step to taking back control of it all.

Today I wanted to also talk about fermenting.
How good it is for yours part of your diet every day.
I loved pickled red onions & my farmer's fresh made Skyr .
I crave both almost every day.
Here are some to try:
As we switch seasons from eating hearty , warming foods to lighter ones,
our bodies may give us a bit of stress.
Bloating, gas, heartburn and irregular BM's all signal this.
Easily rectified by eating more fermented foods.
Also eating more water containing foods and drinking plain water.
Starting the week off with a pep talk and a recipe for health building snacks....
I hope this motivates you today.
Happy Monday friends,
xoxo
