First, I wish to say Happy Birthday to my daughter Tabi.
40 years ago I was so scared, so young....
But she came and lit up our world!
What a special human being God gave to us.
From modeling, to IBBF fitness pro, to trainer, wife & mommy!
She is our star, my sunshine & sunflower.
Takes after her dad in so many ways...determined and strong.
What a blessing.
So...
How are you?
I have hit the Winter wall.
Frostbitten toes, wet mittens from the water pump,
tracking snow all over, not being able to get out.
My shoulders hurt from shovelling.
I am tired yet I have energy to mull through moments
that I should't be mulling through...if you know what I mean.
Missing my family, missing friends...
I have been doing a deep sift of items.
I have been watching many old Jonna Jinton videos,
trying new recipes, snuggling with my dogs...tending the chickens, laundry,
floors, plants...editing our diet for the spring.
I feel like I am the most ME that I have every been since
I was little.
This month is almost over.
Which means that Spring & daylight savings time is close.
That is the time where my body does a reset and all is right in the world again.
I refined my life enough this winter that I feel I can start
again fresh. New experiences, new hobbies, new places to perform.
I have little people in my life who bring me such joy.
I have a partner who I love with my whole heart.
My kids are my friends.
I live in a storybook.
And I have God.
Sure, I have bad moments in a day.
I may be fighting off a sinus issue, it may be a tight barometric pressure,
I may have gone through something that reminded me of a lost loved one...
or it may have been a series of unfortunate happenings...
