Pumpkin biscuits and some Wednesday wisdom

Well I am here now...sorry about missing yesterday.

{ as I promised }

It was a day that seemed to go on & on....

Suddenly it was 10pm... & I needed sleep!

My morning view.

Wednesday.

The middle of the week.

Prince spaghetti day.

My reset day for the house.

Today, I need to get as least 20 minutes of sunshine in my eyes.

It is one of the natural Rx I adhere to when Mother Nature permits.

That and...

clean food

movement

sleep

unplugging

The last one is so important.

If you only take one piece of  advice I ever give...

Get off of the internet.

IRL

{ in real life}

the world is far different than the manufactured display

we see.

The programming that is accomplished by

following the loudest & rudest folks on here

is harmful to you.

I. as you know am not a follower.

I can be a fantastic team player.

But nope, I ask far too many questions for my own good.

Standing alone is not fun.

It takes a certain amount of courage.

It means that others may leave or wander away

from you. People who liked it when you agreed with them

or let them get away with things that weren't cool.

It means believing respect is more important than being liked.

When others are cruel, you know that you stand on a solid

foundation of faith.

I believe in kindness, it speaks to my mom's influence in me.

I believe in truth and searching it out whenever I can.

Either it's about good or evil.

Everything else is a sham, a cover, a complex smoke & mirrors

designed to keep people at war with one another.

I can sense the dividers and wish them as far away from me as possible.

No matter what you believe, if it is based on hating

another person and not an ideology, you have it wrong.

Hating because you were told to ...well, that is weakness.

Following crowds that do it for perceived attention or acceptance is fecklessness.

Am I weird?

Yes.

But I am not a follower.

Those who stand and fight for peace....

that is the goal, is it not?

Peace.

Why follow strife bringers, why not follow the peace makers?

I am perplexed.

But hey...

I know that most of my confusion will never be explained so....

I choose to make the lives I do touch better.

Perfect with stews, chill or any blustery nights supper.

I think they would be splendid for breakfast too!

Light brings light.

I know that you all are lights.

Turn from the darkness, turn from the strife bringers.

There is no healing there.

I am here for you guys.

Mail, message or comment if you need prayer or

a shoulder.

It can be lonely , this living for truth.

Let us support one another in any way that we can.

Blessings,

Raven

xoxo

💚
