Birthday weekend

It is Monday!

A rainy start to a fresh new week ahead.

My weekend was spent with the people who I love the most

celebrating 2 of my grands birthdays.

Rosie turned 3 yesterday and her brother 1 ten days ago.

The best part of the day was seeing all 3 of my grandchildren

 playing with one another.

They remind me so much of their moms when they were small.

I just love this chapter of my life !

Inspired by the beautiful historic homes on the coast of Long Island I came home
and added a few Springy things to Stone Hollow.

I can't believe that they had Pansys and bulbs blooming out there!

I am only a few hours away but it seems weather wise like
a few months behind.

All I could do was plop a few bunnies and silk flowers
around.

Soon I hope I will be able to plant up some of the larger
planters in the sunshine.

But for now.... bunnies will have to do.

This one glows so that the children
on the early morning busses have something
to cheer them up.

I always feel for them..6 something in the dark
already been on the busses for a while.

It is also Pomeranian blow your coat season....

which means 2x daily brushes while they lose their under coats.

Klaus actually loves being brushed... Kringle is a struggle.

For sure!

And just think of all the amazing festivals, flea markets, brunches

and picnics ahead!

I can not wait to see my farm friends again.

The winter has been so long ( I say that every year) but it

is true!

The visits to their farms just heals my soul for the week ahead.

I pick up local nutritious food that will fuel the meals

I will serve every day.

I also get a bit of spiritual / common sense talk with

the salt of the earth folks who make me smile.

Sunday nights are mainly for staging the week ahead.

Anyone else like this?

I truly believe that this can make or break your week.

I live for it.... especially the sleep.

Making sleep a priority has helped dramatically with my health.

Sleep + magnesium bath = Bliss!

I hope that you all had a sweet first Springtime weekend!

Now on to the business of making this week happen!

xoxo
